On August 5th, Beijing Time, during the release of its first financial report after going public, SpaceX announced on social media that it is collaborating with NVIDIA to jointly design the Starmind AI1 satellite computing payload. Each Starmind satellite will be equipped with NVIDIA's Rubin GPU and Vera CPU to achieve data center-level computing capabilities in space. NVIDIA also confirmed this collaboration, stating that AI infrastructure is moving into new frontiers.
