On Monday, Apple Inc. filed an application with a U.S. judge, seeking a preliminary injunction against two former employees and OpenAI to prohibit them from accessing or disclosing Apple's confidential information. Currently, Apple is continuously advancing its trade secret lawsuit. Last month, Apple had already filed a lawsuit against OpenAI and the two former employees now working at OpenAI, accusing them of misappropriating Apple's trade secrets to help ChatGPT's parent company enter the consumer hardware market. This move has further strained the already tense relationship between the two companies.
