During the first half of this year, the artificial intelligence (AI) field has witnessed a surge of accomplishments: the global number of downloads for open-source large models has surpassed 10 billion. Domestically produced open-source models with ultra-large parameter scales have made their first appearance, and China now boasts over 400 complete humanoid robot products, constituting more than half of the global total. With the progress of the 'Artificial Intelligence Plus' initiative, China's AI industry has entered a new phase of accelerated innovation and value realization. This phase is marked by the coordinated development of technology, applications, ecosystems, and governance, paving a clear path toward high-quality development.
