South Korean AI chip design company DeepX has recently completed a new round of funding, with its valuation nearly quadrupling compared to its previous level, highlighting the market's continued optimism towards companies in the AI sector. According to sources familiar with the matter, DeepX's valuation in this funding round has reached 3.14 trillion won (approximately US$2.2 billion), and it has signed an agreement for the first phase of its Series D funding, raising 42 billion won from existing investors BNW Investment Co. and DS Asset Management Co.
