As per the official WeChat account of the Shandong Provincial Government website, 12 departments, including the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province, have recently jointly issued the "Action Plan for Fostering the Innovative Growth of Artificial Intelligence One-Person Companies (OPCs)." This initiative is designed to nurture and expand new market entities within the AI OPC sector and expedite the adoption of the 'AI + Super Individual' entrepreneurial approach. The plan outlines a goal to establish 100 distinctive platforms over the next three years, cultivate 1,000 technologically advanced and rapidly growing entrepreneurial ventures, and draw in 10,000 innovative talents specializing in AI OPCs. Additionally, it encourages cities like Jinan, Qingdao, and Yantai to capitalize on their industrial strengths and leverage resources from digital economy industrial parks and advertising industrial parks to develop a series of unique AI OPC parks.
