On the morning of July 18th, the Cross-Strait AI Integration Development Innovation Forum and its affiliated exhibition were held at the Shanghai World Expo Center as part of the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference. Under the theme of "Pioneering a New Era of Intelligence and Jointly Shaping the Future," the event was led by the Cross-Strait Economic and Technological Cooperation Center and co-organized by multiple stakeholders, drawing around 150 delegates. Eight prominent experts from both sides of the Taiwan Strait participated in in-depth discussions on topics such as AI applications in manufacturing and healthcare. The exhibition showcased over twenty Taiwan-funded tech innovation companies, featuring cutting-edge technologies like AI chips. Simultaneously, the Lingang Special Area highlighted its industrial support policies. The organizer emphasized that future initiatives would continue to foster deeper integration of AI industries across the Taiwan Strait.
