The General Secretary further advocated for embracing openness and mutual benefit, spurring innovation, strategizing for future industries, and harnessing artificial intelligence to empower diverse sectors. Earlier, eight ministries and commissions, including the Ministry of Commerce, collectively released the Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Development of "AI Plus Consumption" to bolster the research, development, and widespread adoption of next-generation AI mobile phones and intelligent terminals.
