To foster an environment where employees actively engage with AI, Baidu has instituted proactive incentive strategies, offering a monthly stipend of 1,000 yuan to each employee to delve into mainstream large-scale AI model products. Furthermore, in the first quarter of 2026, Baidu, for the first time, witnessed AI-generated revenue comprising over half of its total revenue, marking a 49% year-on-year surge.
