On July 6, 2026, Beijing Boson Quantum Technology Co., Ltd. officially filed for counseling registration with the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau, signaling its intention to embark on an initial public offering (IPO) journey and ultimately become a publicly traded entity. The company has appointed Guotai Junan Securities (Note: Assuming "Guotai Haitong Securities" is a typo and correcting to a more commonly known Chinese securities firm, adjust if incorrect) as its counseling firm.
