On July 2, 2026, Kunlun Tech made a notable announcement regarding its subsidiary, Tiangong AI. The company achieved a significant milestone in the second quarter, with its Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from AI-native models and product businesses exceeding $800 million. Specifically, the ARR from the AI-powered short drama platform business surpassed $700 million, while the ARR from the AI tools segment exceeded $100 million. Under Tiangong AI, the short drama platform DramaWave has successfully undergone its AI-native transformation, with over 80% of its new content now generated through AI technologies.
