According to the Maimai Gaopin Talent Think Tank Report, during the period from January to May in 2026, there was a modest year-on-year uptick of 3.56% in the total number of newly listed campus recruitment positions. Notably, AI-related positions experienced a significant surge, with a 47.30% increase compared to the same period the previous year. This surge has positioned AI as the primary catalyst driving structural shifts within the campus recruitment landscape. Furthermore, the proportion of AI positions among all newly posted jobs climbed from 26.41% in 2025 to 37.56% in 2026, indicating that approximately four out of every ten newly listed campus recruitment positions are now AI-related.
