This newly formed entity is a collaborative effort among Jintuo Co., Ltd., Shanghai Nanda Development and Construction Co., Ltd., and Unitree Robotics Co., Ltd. Its operational scope encompasses the development of foundational software tailored for artificial intelligence, the creation of theoretical and algorithmic software, the establishment of fundamental resource and technology platforms, along with the research and development endeavors focused on intelligent robots.
