Firmus, a subsidiary of Australia's Neocloud Group, has recently unveiled plans to collaborate with DayOne in establishing an NVIDIA DSX liquid-cooled AI factory in Batam, Indonesia. This state-of-the-art facility will be powered by cutting-edge NVIDIA chips and boast an impressive power capacity of 360MW. In accordance with the strategic cooperation agreement inked between Firmus and NVIDIA, which extends until 2034, NVIDIA is set to supply Firmus with multiple generations of advanced computing hardware over the next two years. This includes the highly anticipated Grace Blackwell, Vera Rubin, and Vera series, culminating in a total of 170,000 GPUs. Firmus anticipates reaping substantial revenues, estimated between USD 25 billion and USD 30 billion, from committed offtake agreements within the initial six years of this partnership. Furthermore, NVIDIA has also emerged as a conditional participant in Firmus' equity financing round held in April of this year, solidifying their collaborative endeavor.
