In this Initial Public Offering (IPO), Momenta is offering a total of 19,938,300 shares worldwide. Of these, 1,993,840 shares, or 10% of the total, are earmarked for Hong Kong, while the remaining 17,944,460 shares, constituting 90%, are designated for international investors. Furthermore, the offering incorporates a 15% greenshoe (over-allotment option) provision, allowing for additional shares to be issued if demand exceeds initial expectations. The definitive listing price has been established at HKD 295.6 per share, with the anticipated total funds raised amounting to approximately HKD 5.89 billion, contingent upon the non-exercise of the greenshoe option.
