AI Startup Firmus to Collaborate with NVIDIA on Building Indonesia Data Center

On June 29th, Australian AI infrastructure company Firmus Technologies Pty Ltd. announced that it will collaborate with NVIDIA to build its first data center project in Indonesia. Under the revenue-sharing and credit support agreement reached by both parties, Firmus will acquire NVIDIA's infrastructure for its clients, involving up to 170,000 NVIDIA AI acceleration chips during the period from 2027 to 2028. It is expected that this collaboration will generate up to $30 billion in offtake agreement revenue for Firmus over the first six years.
