On June 26, the Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center revealed that its two flagship models, Tianwu (Pelican-VL) and WoW, operating under the Huisi Kaiwu platform, have concurrently finalized the latest round of generative artificial intelligence service filings with the Beijing Cyberspace Administration. This achievement marks a trio of industry milestones: the country’s pioneering general-purpose brain foundation model, an embodied world model, and the industry’s sole instance of dual-core foundational models securing simultaneous filing approval. Beijing Humanoid is set to officially roll out the Huisi Kaiwu full-suite model Token service, with plans to incrementally offer API access to industrial partners, research institutions, and developers.
