On May 29, 2026, amid the World Intelligent Industry Expo, an exchange forum focused on AI innovation and the advancement of space digitalization and intelligent infrastructure took place in Tiankai Park. During this event, Tianjin proudly presented its top 10 AI benchmark application scenarios for 2025, marking a significant investment of over 600 million yuan. These scenarios span across nine key sectors: scientific research, manufacturing, healthcare, wellness, education, agriculture, governance, transportation, as well as culture and tourism. Selected from more than 100 proposals by nine departments, including the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, these scenarios stand out for their exemplary nature and exceptional quality. Leading institutions such as the Tianjin Institute of Pharmaceutical Research, Sinopec, and Lenovo Tianjin have collectively contributed to the promotion and implementation of AI technologies in these areas.
