Hon Hai Chairman Young Liu stated at the annual shareholders' meeting on May 29 that some high-end customers are affected by the memory chip shortage, but the impact is not significant. He mentioned that if the high-end market is hit, the whole world will be affected. Currently, it appears that the memory chip shortage will have a limited impact on customers by the end of this year. He also expressed strong optimism about the development prospects in the second half of the year, driven by a surge in AI demand and cloud service providers' investments in the AI sector exceeding $700 billion.
