On May 29, Tak Shing Corporation announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company is actively advancing a strategic synergistic layout that combines traditional asset capabilities with the construction of AI computing infrastructure. It is also continuously optimizing its asset portfolio and has achieved significant substantive breakthroughs. On May 19, the company signed its first artificial intelligence computing technical service contract and reached a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Ronglian Tech. According to the agreement, the two parties will engage in in-depth cooperation throughout the entire lifecycle of AI computing infrastructure, adopting a three-step strategy of 'short-term asset-light front deployment, medium-term asset integration, and long-term heavy asset co-construction.'
