On May 28, according to a report by Axios on Thursday, AI chip manufacturer Groq Inc. is planning to raise up to $650 million from existing investors to establish a new company, following a $20 billion licensing agreement with NVIDIA. The new company, named 'Groq2,' will shift its focus away from chip manufacturing and instead move towards building 'AI's new cloud' services.
