Recently, Hao Yingbo, a Ph.D. candidate from the Intelligent Storage and Computing Research Team (led by Professor Zou Yi) at the School of Microelectronics and the School of Integrated Circuits, South China University of Technology, had his paper—for which he served as the first author—accepted by ICML 2026 (the 43rd International Conference on Machine Learning). ICML is a CCF-A category conference with an H5 index of 272, placing it among the premier events in the fields of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Recognized internationally as a top-tier A-category conference in AI, ICML represents the pinnacle of scientific research excellence in this domain. This achievement marks the first submission and subsequent acceptance for Professor Zou Yi's team. The research was primarily led by Ph.D. student Hao Yingbo and completed in collaboration with relevant experts from Microsoft.
