In today's automotive landscape, software and data-driven services have emerged as the linchpin of automakers' long-term strategies. To surmount the hurdles posed by software technology, traditional automakers frequently forge alliances with tech giants. While both parties have kept the financial specifics of this collaboration under wraps, it marks a significant intensification of their existing relationship. A dedicated joint team will spearhead the progress of over 100 artificial intelligence projects. Moreover, Stellantis is set to enhance its global cybersecurity hub, harnessing the power of the Microsoft Azure cloud platform to expedite the modernization of its IT infrastructure. The overarching goal is to downsize its data centers by a substantial 60% by the year 2029.
