On April 16, during the JD.com Embodied AI Ecosystem Launch Event, JD.com made a groundbreaking announcement—it launched the world's inaugural full-chain embodied AI data infrastructure. This cutting-edge system encompasses every stage, from "data collection, storage, and labeling to model training, evaluation, simulation, and testing." At its core are the self-developed ultra-high-definition collection terminal, JoyEgoCam, the sophisticated embodied large model, JoyAI-RA, and a robust embodied AI data trading platform. Drawing on JD.com's extensive expertise in retail, logistics, and various other real-world scenarios, this infrastructure is designed to facilitate the seamless transition of embodied AI from theoretical laboratory research to widespread commercial application, thereby forging an "Embodied AI Super Supply Chain." Within the next two years, JD.com has ambitious plans to amass 10 million hours of video data from real-world scenarios, offering comprehensive, end-to-end data services to robotics firms, embodied model research institutions, and a host of other entities.
