On April 14, Zhiyuan Robotics conducted an 8-hour unedited live broadcast of real production line operations at Longcheer Technology's Nanchang tablet manufacturing factory. The data showed that multiple embodied intelligent robots, elf G2 (Elf G2), were integrated into a real 3C production line, continuously performing 2,283 precise loading and unloading tasks with a success rate exceeding 99.5%, a failure rate of 0, and each process taking only 18-20 seconds, enabling the completion of 310 products per hour. This live broadcast marked the official entry of embodied intelligence into the stage of industrial-grade regular deployment. Zhiyuan plans to expand the deployment scale to 100 units by the third quarter of 2026 and replicate it in fields such as automotive manufacturing, semiconductors, and energy.
