Apple is ramping up efforts in the development of its in-house AI hardware. The tech giant has conducted tests on sophisticated glass substrate samples supplied by Samsung Electro-Mechanics. These samples are intended for Apple's AI server chip, internally codenamed "Baltra." The chip is anticipated to leverage TSMC's cutting-edge 3-nanometer N3E manufacturing process, marking a significant leap in Apple's AI capabilities.
