Chinese AI startup Moonshot is in the preliminary stages of considering an initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong and has initiated discussions with China International Capital Corporation (CICC) and Goldman Sachs regarding potential collaboration for the listing. Currently, the timing for the potential IPO remains undetermined, with planning still underway and the possibility that it may not proceed. Earlier this year, the company completed a funding round exceeding $700 million and is currently negotiating a new round of financing of up to $1 billion, with its post-funding valuation expected to reach $18 billion.
