These interns are now entitled to the same privileges, quotas, and operational procedures as their full-time counterparts. According to reports, employees at Taotian Group can leverage premium AI tools, including the Wukong and Qoder series, free of charge, to bolster their technology research and development endeavors as well as streamline their daily office tasks. Moreover, the company allocates Token quotas to its workforce. Beyond that, employees have the option to seek reimbursement for expenses incurred from subscribing to the Bailian Coding Plan membership or acquiring external AI development tools.

In the ongoing intern recruitment drive for the 2027 cohort, which commenced earlier, AI has emerged as a pivotal focus at Taotian. Technical roles constitute a staggering 90% of the available positions, with the introduction of three novel AI-centric job categories.
