On March 25, 2026, it was reported that U.S. President Trump plans to appoint 13 top business figures, including Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Oracle Executive Chairman Larry Ellison, and NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang, to the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) to provide advice on artificial intelligence policies and other matters. The council will be co-chaired by David Sacks and Michael Kratsios, with a final membership of up to 24 individuals.
