Recently, Shenzhen Yueran Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. has experienced significant industrial and commercial transformations. Notably, Shanghai Yunqiang Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., a key subsidiary of Ant Group, has emerged as a new shareholder in the company. Consequently, Yueran Innovation's registered capital has been augmented to roughly 3.165 million RMB.
Established in August 2021 and helmed by legal representative Li Yong, Yueran Innovation's business portfolio encompasses, among other areas, the sales of toys.
