This strategic initiative underscores Meta's commitment to leveraging AI technology to expedite workflows and flatten the organizational structure, a response to the escalating competitive pressures from AI-centric startups.

Internally, Meta has already rolled out personal AI agent tools, such as MyClaw, and has initiated pilot programs like the Second Brain project aimed at enhancing enterprise knowledge management.
