On March 19, 2026, Perplexity announced the launch of its new feature suite, 'Perplexity Health,' which accesses personal health data with user authorization through a health data connector. This feature integrates health information scattered across various portals, apps, and devices, enabling long-term tracking of multiple biological indicators and trend analysis, with visualizations presented through a personalized dashboard. Perplexity Health supports connectivity with Apple Health, integrating data from Apple Watch, as well as wearable devices from Fitbit, Withings, and electronic health records from over 1.7 million medical institutions. All health data is encrypted and will not be used to train AI models or sold to third parties. This feature will be gradually rolled out to Pro and Max subscribers in the United States.
