On March 19, the Party Committee of the SASAC and the Party Committees (Leading Party Groups) of Central Enterprises held a joint study session on the topic of 'Artificial Intelligence+' for their theoretical learning central groups. Zhang Yuzhuo put forward four requirements: First, strengthen overall coordination, formulate the '15th Five-Year Plan,' increase investment, and enhance safety governance; second, bolster innovation, overcome key technological challenges, and improve the resilience of the industrial chain; third, enhance applications, deepen scenario-based empowerment, build industrial clusters, and promote large-scale applications; fourth, strengthen collaboration, reinforce open-source communities, drive industrial synergy, and accelerate global cooperation.
