Recently, online rumors have surfaced alleging that iFLYTEK is undertaking large-scale layoffs, with compensation packages as low as 0.6 times the standard severance pay (0.6N). In response, iFLYTEK's official team promptly refuted these rumors, with Vice President of Public Relations, Han Yuchen, stating that the information is entirely baseless. From an operational standpoint, iFLYTEK is experiencing steady growth. Its performance forecast for 2025 projects that net profit is anticipated to range between RMB 785 million and RMB 950 million, marking a year-on-year increase of 40% to 70%. Additionally, operating cash flow has exceeded RMB 3 billion for the first time, setting a new record high. The robust performance growth is primarily attributable to the widespread adoption of artificial intelligence applications. During the reporting period, the company's R&D investment witnessed a year-on-year increase of over 20%, and taxes paid surpassed RMB 1.6 billion, also reaching an all-time high. Furthermore, government subsidies are expected to rise by approximately RMB 300 million and have been accounted for in non-recurring gains and losses.
