Didi has officially rolled out its AI Travel Assistant, Xiaodi v1.0, which now supports over 90 service tags tailored to a wide range of complex travel scenarios. To try it out, users simply need to update the Didi Chuxing App to the latest version and click on the "AI Taxi" option. Xiaodi is designed to intelligently transform user requests into actionable tags, enabling the platform to filter and match vehicles based on multiple criteria. In cases where a perfect match isn’t possible, Xiaodi provides an "optimal solution" to ensure a smooth experience. Beyond one-click vehicle selection, Xiaodi also offers handy features like location inquiries and personalized transfer recommendations. These enhancements are made possible by Didi’s long-standing system strengths, including its economies of scale, refined service management, and extensive data insights.
