Since March 2026, models like Kimi K2.5, Step3.5 Flash, and MiniMax M2.5 have consistently ranked within the top three globally, signifying the collective ascent of Chinese-developed large-scale AI models. Step3.5 Flash adopts a sparse Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) architecture, boasting a total of 196 billion parameters. However, during the inference process, it activates only around 11 billion parameters. It attains a maximum inference speed of up to 350 TPS for single-request code tasks. This model is specifically tailored for agent scenarios and demonstrates exceptional performance in complex reasoning and long-chain tasks.
