BOSS Zhipin has intensified its efforts in the 'Cockroach Elimination Campaign' to clamp down on accounts engaged in pornographic content or those violating platform rules. Throughout the fourth quarter of 2025, the platform has, on average, suspended over 10,000 such accounts each month, with AI-driven strategies automatically blocking 80% of them. The rule violations encompass a range of misconduct, including sexual harassment by recruiters, enticement for companionship services (such as luring individuals for drinking companionship), and other inappropriate behaviors. Since November 2025, the platform's AI model has consistently achieved an accuracy rate surpassing 95% in identifying potential risks, prioritizing proactive blocking measures. However, final decisions regarding account suspensions are subject to manual review to ensure fairness and accuracy. BOSS Zhipin also cautions job seekers to verify the authenticity of companies through multiple channels, remain vigilant against job descriptions that seem abnormal, primarily communicate within the platform, and promptly report any issues while preserving evidence for further investigation.
