On the morning of March 5, the Fourth Session of the 14th National People's Congress commenced at 9 a.m. in the Great Hall of the People. The event was graced by the presence of Party and state leaders, including Xi Jinping. During the session, Premier Li Qiang of the State Council delivered the Government Work Report. In his report, he emphasized the need to foster a deeper integration between scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation. Furthermore, he underscored the importance of enhancing financial services to cover the entire chain and lifecycle of scientific and technological innovation. This includes providing robust support to technology-based enterprises operating in key core technology sectors and stimulating innovation and creativity through the judicious use of science and technology finance.
