On Tuesday, the American tech behemoth Amazon verified that its robotics division has let go of a minimum of 100 white-collar staff members. This move comes on the heels of Amazon's January declaration this year, when it stated its intention to lay off roughly 16,000 employees, while also hinting at the possibility of additional layoffs in the future. Since 2022, Amazon has, in total, eliminated approximately 57,000 corporate roles.
