As announced on Guangfan Technology's official WeChat account, the company has successfully completed its Seed++ and Seed+++ round financings just before the Chinese New Year. To date, Guangfan Technology has accomplished four rounds of financing within a single year, cumulatively raising close to 300 million yuan in seed-round funding. This latest financing round was co-led by Legend Capital and Rocket Capital, with contributions from Professor Gao Bingqiang, Brizan Ventures, and Forebright Concerto. A significant number of existing shareholders also chose to reinvest, demonstrating their full commitment and even oversubscribing to the round. The capital raised will be primarily allocated towards the research and development, as well as the deployment of next-generation AI wearable hardware designed for human-computer interaction, along with advancements in Agent OS-related technologies.
