Baidu unveiled its financial results for the fourth quarter and the entire year that concluded on December 31, 2025. According to the financial report, in the fourth quarter, the revenue generated by Baidu's core AI-powered businesses surpassed 11 billion yuan, constituting 43% of Baidu's total business revenue. Li Yanhong emphasized that 2025 marks a crucial turning point where artificial intelligence has emerged as Baidu's new core, with the outcomes manifesting in all-encompassing growth across three key sectors: AI cloud infrastructure, application ecosystems, and AI-native marketing services. Among these, the cloud infrastructure segment achieved a revenue of 5.8 billion yuan in the fourth quarter and approximately 20 billion yuan for the entire year, marking a year-on-year increase of 34%. The application layer contributed 2.7 billion yuan in revenue during the fourth quarter and exceeded 10 billion yuan for the full year. AI-native marketing services witnessed a remarkable year-on-year revenue surge of 110% in the fourth quarter, reaching 2.7 billion yuan. The autonomous driving business, Luobo Kuaipao, showcased its global expansion prowess in the fourth quarter. By February 2026, its global service network had extended to 26 cities. As AI-native marketing takes center stage as the primary growth engine, the demarcation between traditional advertising and AI businesses is gradually fading away. This 43% revenue share also signifies Baidu's strides in transitioning its existing search commercialization system towards an AI-driven model.
