Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) is collaborating with Nutanix to create an open, full-stack AI infrastructure platform to support the development of AI applications. AMD plans to invest $150 million in Nutanix's stock at a price of $36.26 per share and provide an additional amount of up to $100 million to support joint engineering initiatives and marketing collaborations, jointly promoting the adoption of the AI platform. This equity investment is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026. The platform aims to help enterprises and service providers scale their AI deployments.
