The two entities are set to embark on a comprehensive collaborative journey in Malaysia and the broader Southeast Asian region. Their focus will be on the localization, market promotion, and scientific research transformation of digital therapy products tailored for cognitive disorders, with the shared goal of propelling the growth of the digital health sector.

As per the terms of the agreement, Silk Road Boat will play a pivotal role in aiding BrainAurora to set up a 'Specialized Laboratory for Digital Therapy of Cognitive Disorders' in Malaysia. This will involve managing local approvals, orchestrating site planning, and overseeing equipment imports, among other responsibilities. On the flip side, BrainAurora will contribute technical solutions and scientific research support, taking the helm in research and development endeavors as well as operational aspects.
