The platform offers free 24/7 primary medical care in 50 languages, with full U.S. licensure, medical malpractice insurance, and HIPAA-compliant systems. Lotus generates treatment plans through AI model consultations, with prescriptions and diagnoses reviewed by certified doctors from Stanford, Harvard, and other institutions to ensure safety. For cases requiring in-person visits or emergencies, the platform directs patients to offline medical facilities. Currently, the service is entirely free, with potential exploration of subscription or sponsorship models in the future.
