Visual China has made an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Visual Hong Kong, is set to enter into a subscription agreement for the Wonder Fund 3 OFC and its sub-fund, the Wonder Sub-Fund A. These funds are managed by Wonderland International Asset Management Limited. Visual Hong Kong is planning to invest a sum of US$1.7 million to acquire 56.67% of the fund's shares. The underlying motive behind this move is to strategically position itself in the realm of cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies, particularly large models. This will be achieved through professional and market-driven fund operations. The fund's investment strategy will primarily target enterprises associated with large models. By doing so, the company aims to stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and enhance its comprehension as well as cooperation in multimodal large model domains, such as text-to-video generation.
