According to the framework agreement, the trio will embark on a comprehensive collaboration in the realms of AI servers and robotics. They will leverage their individual resource strengths to collectively drive technological advancements, ensure product availability, boost market outreach, and streamline solution integration. The terms of the purchase and sales contract stipulate that Hongfuhan will supply Guangdong Quanxiang with an array of products including handling robots, collaborative robots, charging robots, new - energy forklifts, along with robot modules and core components. The total contract value stands at 480 million yuan (inclusive of taxes), which constitutes roughly 59.68% of the company's audited main business revenue for 2024.
