On February 2, 2026, Han Xinyi, CEO of Ant Group, sent an email to all employees announcing the launch of a special incentive program called 'AI Credit'. For teams and individuals who make groundbreaking contributions in the AI field and receive initial market recognition, Ant Group will provide additional incentives on top of the existing performance incentives. If the relevant businesses effectively enhance the company's value over the next two years, the additional incentives can be unlocked and exchanged for SERs; otherwise, they cannot be exchanged.
