Notably, Beijing Baidu Netcom Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Fund (Limited Partnership) have been welcomed on board as new shareholders. This strategic move has propelled the company's registered capital to an impressive figure of approximately 600 million yuan.
Established in November 2023, the company is helmed by its legal representative, Xiong Youjun. Its operations span a wide range, encompassing the manufacturing, research and development, as well as the sales of both industrial and intelligent robots. Among its existing shareholders is Beijing Xiaomi Robot Technology Co., Ltd., alongside other investors.
