On January 30, the award ceremony for the Tencent “Qingyun Scholarship” was conducted in Shenzhen. This initiative is designed to bolster the development of young talents and advance scientific research. In its inaugural phase, the program selected 15 outstanding recipients. Each awardee is set to receive a comprehensive incentive package valued at 500,000 yuan. This package comprises 200,000 yuan in cash and an additional 300,000 yuan in cloud heterogeneous computing resources. The recipients hail from diverse fields, including computer science, artificial intelligence, and their related interdisciplinary domains. Furthermore, Tencent plans to set up an industry-academia-research exchange platform. Through this platform, awardees will benefit from mentorship provided by corporate experts and gain access to a wide array of growth opportunities.
