Following the disclosure of its first-ever annual revenue decline, Tesla made a significant announcement on Wednesday. The company revealed plans to discontinue production of the Model S and Model X vehicles. Additionally, it will allocate $2 billion to invest in Musk's xAI venture, marking a strategic shift towards the realms of artificial intelligence and robotics. In the fourth quarter, Tesla's revenue witnessed a 3% year-on-year decrease, amounting to $24.9 billion, which is broadly in line with what analysts had anticipated. For the entire year, the revenue figure stood at $94.8 billion, reflecting a 3% decline compared to the previous year.
