BOC International Securities (Stock Code: 601696.SH) has revealed that its wholly-owned subsidiary, BOC Capital Investment Holdings, is set to co-establish the Beijing Zhongying Pioneer AI Industry Investment Fund. This initiative is undertaken in partnership with BOC Assets and its wholly-owned subsidiary, BOC Capital Private Equity, among other entities. The fund aims to raise a minimum of RMB 1 billion, with BOC Capital Investment Holdings committing RMB 200 million. Its investment focus will be on specialized areas within the artificial intelligence sector, prioritizing high-tech enterprises engaged in AI hardware and software, upstream and downstream support industries, core application technologies, and scenario-based AI implementations.
